Venessa has completed a master’s degree in psychology in Poland. She is a registered psychologist who is Eating Disorder Credentialed, a nationally recognised accreditation from the Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED). Venessa is a compassionate and open-minded therapist who works collaboratively with clients, enhancing transparency and open communication.


Venessa works with adults and adolescents presenting with a range of concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, suicidal and self-harm behaviours, PTSD and childhood trauma. She is particularly interested in borderline personality disorder and eating disorders.


Eating Disorder Treatment includes:

  • Anorexia Nervosa

  • Bulimia Nervosa

  • Binge Eating Disorder

  • Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)

  • Other Specified Feeding or eating disorder (OSFED, including Atypical Anorexia)

  • Other body image and eating concerns

Venessa provides evidence-based treatment for eating disorders, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E) and Family-Based Treatment (FBT). In her therapeutic work, Venessa also incorporates different treatment modalities, including CBT, Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).


Referrals are accepted under private, Medicare, NDIS, Vocat and Workcover. In-person and telehealth appointments are currently available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
