Lindsay is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is focused on providing holistic and evidence-based health care. She offers counselling and psychotherapy to adults and  teens aged 12+, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness strategies. 

Lindsay also provides medication support, including prescribing and deprescribing for adults 18+. This includes collaboration with existing care teams including General Pracitioners and Psychiatrists as appropriate. 

Lindsay has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, chronic stress and complex trauma.   Consultation fees are eligible for Medicare rebates without the need for a mental health care plan. 

Self-referral, GP referrals, DVA patient referrals, and NDIS participant referrals are accepted.
