Cara’s approach is neuro-affirming, characterised by warmth, empathy, and deep respect for the unique dynamics within each family. She values the wisdom and strengths each family brings, working collaboratively to identify unhelpful patterns and foster healthier, more productive ways of relating.

Above all, Cara is passionate about helping family members build meaningful connections and develop more effective ways of communicating and supporting one another. She works with individuals, couples, and families of all kinds, tailoring her therapeutic approach to fit the needs of each client.
