Master’s degree qualified, registered with PACFA. 

Supporting couples through crisis, communication issues, infidelity, conflict, breakup, as well as adult individuals dealing with separation, life transitions, anger management, and grief. 

I am also a career coach with significant experience in People and Culture, supporting individuals with workplace and personal effectiveness challenges.  

I use evidence-based counselling methods, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Method (Level 2), and relationship counselling approaches informed by attachment theory and trauma. 

I work in English, Spanish, and Polish.

Ethical, caring, empathetic, and unbiased. My goal is to make my clients feel heard, understood, and professionally supported and bring back hope and intimate connection to clients’ lives.
